Margaret J. Lowery earned her Juris Doctorate in 1986 and her Masters in Health Care Administration from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill with honors in 2016. She has 30 years of legal experience with a unique perspective in having served as in-house counsel for a healthcare system and as an attorney in private practice. Her practice is focused on supporting the health care providers and individuals with complex health needs.
Ms. Lowery is active in her community serving as President of the Rotary Club. She was the first female lawyer invited to the Rotary Club of Tulsa and she is also a Paul Harris Fellow. Ms. Lowery also served as an Adjunct Professor at Lindenwood University in business and health care law. She served by appointment of the Illinois Supreme Court to the Fifth District Character & Fitness Committee and on the Professional Responsibility Tribunal in Oklahoma. She has also served on various boards including St. Paul's Senior Retirement Board of Directors, Domestic Violence Center, Belleville Institutional Review Board and Friends of Mount Hope Cemetary.
Ms. Lowery has returned to Tulsa, Oklahoma where she continues her pro bono work while serving corporate client.
